Welcome to the Think Regeneration mobile app (“App”). These Mobile Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile services, including content, purchases, and community features provided by Think Regeneration (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the App only with parental or guardian consent.

Through the Think Regeneration mobile app, users can:

All App content—text, videos, graphics, products, courses, and community features—is owned or licensed by Think Regeneration. You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission. You may access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. User-Generated Content

By posting content (comments, feedback, reviews, etc.) in the App, you grant Think Regeneration a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our services and promotional efforts.

6. eCommerce & Product Delivery

6.1. Product Listings

We may offer physical goods (e.g., regenerative food, apparel), digital goods (e.g., downloads, tickets), and services (e.g., event access) for purchase through the App. Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

6.2. Purchases & Payment

We accept secure payments via authorized processors. By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment method selected and agree to the terms associated with it. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6.3. Order Processing

Orders are processed in accordance with our delivery timelines, which may vary based on location, availability, and seasonal impacts. You will receive confirmation and tracking information (if applicable) by email or in-app notification.

6.4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within designated regions listed on our checkout page. Shipping fees, timelines, and methods will be displayed at checkout. Delays caused by weather, farming operations, or carriers are outside of our control.

6.5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible product categories, timelines, and procedures. Digital products and event tickets are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If the App offers recurring subscriptions (e.g., farm box deliveries, membership programs), you agree to recurring billing terms at the interval disclosed during checkout. You may cancel subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting support.

8. Push Notifications & Messaging

By using the App, you consent to receive mobile push notifications, in-app messages, SMS (if opted in), and email communications related to your account, orders, and updates from Think Regeneration. You may manage notification settings in the App or your device.

9. Third-Party Services

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind regarding its operation, security, or suitability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Regeneration is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or purchase of goods.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the App and take effect immediately. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
